This exclusive program personally designed by Dr Eduard Schellhammer aims to challenge conventional wisdom, and explore profound questions to stimulate and ignite systemic changes in society, education, and business.
We propose the creation of a new breed of leaders that will bring about the required changes with the wisdom that is urgently needed by generating stimulating discussion toward providing actionable solutions and emphasizing the need for the rediscovery of authentic human values.
The program is divided into four units with each unit made up of 10 sessions (2 hours per day from 12.00 to 14.00 over 5 days from Monday to Friday.
Attendance is to be arranged by prior appointment. Note that whilst sessions will be individually focussed others will consist of group workshops and seminars.

After completing of units 1 and 2 participants will be awarded “The Certificate of New Leadership”
then after the further successful completion of units 3 and 4 participants will be awarded with the Schellhammer Institute “Right to Lead Diploma“.
Diploma holders can join the Continuous Leadership Development Club for periodic meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
On an annual basis a select number of participants who have accomplished part of the New leadership agenda will be awarded “Master of Superior Leadership“
