Es la suma de todo lo que ha recibido desde el tiempo prenatal. Ciertamente, no vive ni practica el equilibrio integral de todos sus sistemas ps\u00edquicos y mentales.<\/p>\n<p>2) Un educador que no limpia o integra su inconsciente (como complejos) y sus sombras est\u00e1 dominado por estas fuerzas y \u00e9stas se reflejan, entre otras cosas, en sus proyecciones sobre su campo de trabajo pedag\u00f3gico. Act\u00faa dentro con represi\u00f3n y defensa, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n fuera en el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>3) Un pedagogo atrapado en la neurosis o el narcisismo no puede ejercer una pedagog\u00eda equilibrada en todos los aspectos. La psicodin\u00e1mica de su actividad pedag\u00f3gica est\u00e1 sujeta al desarrollo mental desequilibrado de su persona. El resultado es un referente pedag\u00f3gico significativamente perturbado.<\/p>\n<p>4) Un pedagogo que es poco capaz de amar, que no toma en serio sus sue\u00f1os, que no tiene un acceso profundo a su vida interior, que no medita regularmente, que trata inadecuadamente sus sentimientos y necesidades ps\u00edquicas b\u00e1sicas, su polo ps\u00edquico interior del sexo opuesto (anima, Animus) formas no integradas y equilibradas, estas realidades ps\u00edquicas no pueden transmitir ni construir en los dem\u00e1s. S\u00f3lo forma la persona externa.<\/p>\n<p>5) El educador que no practica a fondo el autoconocimiento (autoan\u00e1lisis) y la individuaci\u00f3n -y, por tanto, no lleva a cabo las transformaciones arquet\u00edpicas del desarrollo mental-espiritual- a\u00fan no ha captado la esencia de la humanidad ps\u00edquico-espiritual. Su concepci\u00f3n del hombre no \"capta\" la humanidad psicoespiritual integral, su concepci\u00f3n de la pedagog\u00eda (andragog\u00eda) permanece, y su pr\u00e1ctica \"ag\u00f3gica\" es correspondientemente reducida.<\/p>\n<p>No es mejor con los actores a todos los niveles y en todos los \u00e1mbitos de la pol\u00edtica, la econom\u00eda y la religi\u00f3n; \u00a1m\u00e1s bien mucho peor! \u00a1Aqu\u00ed la causa cr\u00edtica del drama global est\u00e1 profundamente arraigada hist\u00f3ricamente (epigen\u00e9ticamente) desde hace milenios!<\/p>\n<p>Imag\u00ednese: El psicoanalista, psicoterapeuta y psic\u00f3logo (asesoramiento) trabaja sin su propio an\u00e1lisis de formaci\u00f3n. \u00a1Hace 30-50 a\u00f1os, eso era inaceptable en la ense\u00f1anza y la pr\u00e1ctica! Pero eso parece ser la realidad hoy en el siglo 21. Y eso significa: Los de alguna manera \"psico-expertos\" son todas las personas cargadas en su mente inconsciente, no desarrollado o mal desarrollado, hasta 75% en sus funciones mentales y de car\u00e1cter, que siempre tiene un impacto en su clientela (y en lo que escriben o ense\u00f1an).<\/p>\n<p>De estos cinco aspectos apenas esbozados se puede concluir que el educador o \"Andragoge\" (educador de adultos) -desde el nivel de la ense\u00f1anza y la investigaci\u00f3n hasta el frente en la vida cotidiana de la sociedad- tendr\u00eda que realizar su propia individuaci\u00f3n como forma de an\u00e1lisis educativo por profesi\u00f3n. S\u00f3lo esta propia realizaci\u00f3n lo califica como maestro ('Andragoge'), experto en educaci\u00f3n, psicoanalista, psicoterapeuta, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La realizaci\u00f3n de la propia individuaci\u00f3n es el requisito previo categorial para todo trabajo responsable en la educaci\u00f3n humana (general, actual). Si la humanidad quiere un futuro con paz y desarrollo, estas exigencias se aplican a todos los responsables de las funciones p\u00fablicas superiores (pol\u00edtica, econom\u00eda, educaci\u00f3n y religi\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Ahora queda por a\u00f1adir a la visi\u00f3n 'andrag\u00f3gica' que se presenta aqu\u00ed con una breve lista de temas sobre la vida mental en alg\u00fan momento en un futuro lejano tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 tema en la escuela primaria de la escuela primaria y superior a la graduaci\u00f3n de la escuela secundaria ('Matura') debe ser. Desarrollar did\u00e1cticamente este programa ser\u00e1 la tarea de los profesores en el siglo XXI.<\/p>\n<p>Se necesitan conocimientos y habilidades psicol\u00f3gicas adecuados para que en el futuro las personas puedan desarrollarse de forma adecuada y hol\u00edstica, y protegerse de las mentiras, la propaganda y el discurso de odio pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestro paradigma de la educaci\u00f3n humana es:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana es la clave b\u00e1sica de la vida profesional y personal.<\/li>\n<li>En el futuro, la educaci\u00f3n humana ser\u00e1 la educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica esencial para todos los que demanden formaci\u00f3n profesional continua.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana crea las competencias para unas relaciones positivas constructivas (amistad, matrimonio, familia, vida laboral, vida cultural).<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana reduce muchos riesgos en el ciclo vital personal y en la red social de la propia vida.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana puede utilizarse en todas partes, tiene muchos usos y estabiliza din\u00e1micamente la identidad propia.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana significa conocimiento de la vida y acci\u00f3n cotidiana, que se reflexiona a fondo y se trabaja en todos los aspectos.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana capacita para las actividades recreativas, para el manejo \u00f3ptimo de la vida y de sus propias posibilidades.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana crea seguridad interior y confianza en las propias fuerzas, especialmente en momentos de gran tensi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana conduce a un organismo ps\u00edquico equilibrado en constante desarrollo progresivo.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana es esencial en todas las etapas de la vida para un verdadero enriquecimiento y una realizaci\u00f3n sustancial.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana integra una alta responsabilidad \u00e9tica hacia uno mismo, hacia los dem\u00e1s, hacia la profesi\u00f3n, hacia la sociedad y hacia el mundo de la vida.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana es una inversi\u00f3n de futuro, sobre todo porque la evoluci\u00f3n de la sociedad plantea grandes retos.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana es el requisito categ\u00f3rico para cualquier responsabilidad en educaci\u00f3n, asesoramiento, enfermer\u00eda, liderazgo y gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana alcanza al hombre en lo m\u00e1s profundo de su ser ps\u00edquico-espiritual, incluso en las cuestiones m\u00e1s cruciales del sentido de la vida.<\/li>\n<li>La educaci\u00f3n humana y la individuaci\u00f3n forman un tipo humano, que en el futuro ser\u00e1 necesario en todos los sistemas de la sociedad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lo tr\u00e1gico es que, seg\u00fan el Dr. Eduard Schellhammer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las personas en Europa y en todo el mundo est\u00e1n equipadas con el m\u00e1ximo 3-7% de sus potenciales mentales y de car\u00e1cter. Por lo tanto, no es sorprendente c\u00f3mo desde Espa\u00f1a hasta el norte de Europa y en todo el mundo la pol\u00edtica, la econom\u00eda, la educaci\u00f3n y la religi\u00f3n se siguen practicando a un nivel catastr\u00f3ficamente infantil, desafiante, obstinado, estrecho de miras y simplemente est\u00fapido e infantil. En algunos pa\u00edses, parece que la Inquisici\u00f3n cat\u00f3lica romana del siglo XII sigue dominando mentalmente la vida pol\u00edtica y religiosa. Nadie pronuncia palabras de odio tan primitivas y vergonzosas como la pol\u00edtica occidental (casi a diario a trav\u00e9s de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n) frente a los pa\u00edses y pueblos no occidentales y no sumisos.
