{"id":14529,"date":"2024-05-16T14:18:28","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T14:18:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.schellhammerinstitute.com\/?p=14529"},"modified":"2024-10-14T10:38:57","modified_gmt":"2024-10-14T10:38:57","slug":"reveladas-las-conversaciones-de-paz-entre-suiza-y-ucrania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.schellhammerinstitute.com\/es\/reveladas-las-conversaciones-de-paz-entre-suiza-y-ucrania\/","title":{"rendered":"Reveladas las conversaciones de paz entre Suiza y Ucrania"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Reveladas las conversaciones de paz entre Suiza y Ucrania.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Los d\u00edas 15 y 16 de junio se celebrar\u00e1 una conferencia de paz propuesta por Suiza, cuyo objetivo es crear una plataforma para un di\u00e1logo avanzado centrado en el desarrollo de estrategias que garanticen una paz global, justa y duradera para Ucrania, en consonancia con el derecho internacional y la Carta de las Naciones Unidas.<sup>th<\/sup> en Lucerna. Su objetivo es fomentar una visi\u00f3n compartida de un marco beneficioso para este fin y esbozar un plan espec\u00edfico para la participaci\u00f3n de Rusia en el proceso de paz entre Ucrania y Rusia. M\u00e1s de 160 delegados de todo el mundo han sido invitados a participar. Los diplom\u00e1ticos rusos no han recibido una invitaci\u00f3n formal para participar. Mosc\u00fa ha declarado que no tiene ning\u00fan inter\u00e9s en las conversaciones de paz en las condiciones actuales. As\u00ed pues, nos queda una simple pregunta: \u00bfqu\u00e9 puede salir de estas negociaciones si uno de los actores clave no ha sido invitado oficialmente?<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Contexto hist\u00f3rico del conflicto ucraniano<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Esta Propuesta suiza, que pretende crear un marco favorable a una paz global y duradera en Ucrania, as\u00ed como una hoja de ruta concreta para la participaci\u00f3n de Rusia en el proceso de paz, tendr\u00e1, en mi opini\u00f3n y en la de muchos otros, unos posibles efectos limitados. Para entender mi preocupaci\u00f3n, debemos tener en cuenta un periodo de agitaci\u00f3n en Ucrania que incluye el desastre de Chornobyl en 1986, la formalizaci\u00f3n del Movimiento Popular de Ucrania en 1988 y, en 1989, una serie de huelgas de mineros del carb\u00f3n que comenzaron en el Donbas en 1989, incitadas por huelgas simult\u00e1neas de mineros en Rusia. Estas huelgas, aunque se basaban principalmente en las dificultades econ\u00f3micas, tambi\u00e9n eran independentistas por naturaleza; los l\u00edderes de la huelga expresaron su apoyo abierto a la independencia de Ucrania de la Uni\u00f3n Sovi\u00e9tica para que el pa\u00eds pudiera gestionar mejor su econom\u00eda. Ahora se puede entender que las ra\u00edces del conflicto ucraniano comenzaron mucho antes de 1988, desde su independencia de la Uni\u00f3n Sovi\u00e9tica. En realidad, este conflicto es el resultado de una bomba de relojer\u00eda que se puso en marcha hace unos 300 a\u00f1os. Y ahora, tenemos la pr\u00f3xima Conferencia Suiza en Lucerna.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Ideas personales<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Perm\u00edtanme mencionar brevemente algo de mi vida relacionado con esta crisis actual. Siempre he tenido sue\u00f1os v\u00edvidos, desde que empec\u00e9 el instituto de ni\u00f1o en Lucerna.  M\u00e1s tarde, so\u00f1\u00e9 con guerras inminentes, que rechazaba constantemente a pesar de que me han atormentado durante toda la vida. Durante meses, miles de sue\u00f1os sobre un grave conflicto que se avecinaba y que afectar\u00eda a toda Europa me hicieron imposible permanecer en Lucerna o Z\u00farich. Estos sue\u00f1os me dec\u00edan incesantemente que me fuera a Espa\u00f1a. A pesar de que ya me hab\u00eda doctorado y estaba en la cima de una exitosa carrera acad\u00e9mica. \"Vete a Espa\u00f1a con tu mujer y tus dos hijos, todos morir\u00e1n. Tus hijos morir\u00e1n en una guerra terrible; tu mujer, tus hijos y tu Misi\u00f3n\". Estos sue\u00f1os instru\u00edan. \"La guerra va a estallar y afectar\u00e1 a toda Europa\". Rechac\u00e9 la idea de dejar atr\u00e1s Suiza innumerables veces, pero al final, en lo m\u00e1s profundo de m\u00ed sab\u00eda que la guerra pod\u00eda estallar pronto, as\u00ed que el traslado era inevitable. Por lo tanto, \u00a1renunci\u00e9 a nuestra vida suiza y me vine a Espa\u00f1a! Los sue\u00f1os me hab\u00edan dicho que aqu\u00ed tendr\u00eda que aprender mucho. Cuando llegu\u00e9, desde la \u00e9poca de Gorbachov en 1988 hasta hoy, advert\u00ed a las autoridades, pero todas estaban cegadas. Tambi\u00e9n escrib\u00ed incontables cartas a las autoridades europeas describiendo mi situaci\u00f3n y mis sue\u00f1os, pero recib\u00ed el silencio como severa respuesta. Nadie respondi\u00f3, y la guerra no estall\u00f3 en los meses siguientes.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan impert\u00e9rrito y convencido de la inminencia de la crisis empec\u00e9 a investigar sobre pol\u00edtica, conflictos, econom\u00eda, educaci\u00f3n, religi\u00f3n y la humanidad bajo los focos a lo largo de miles de a\u00f1os relatando innumerables guerras. Fue el mayor reto de mi vida. Tras d\u00e9cadas, por fin llegu\u00e9 al fondo de la cuesti\u00f3n y descubr\u00ed la ra\u00edz del inmenso sufrimiento de la humanidad en vida. Hoy ha llegado el momento de explicar a todos estos delegados por qu\u00e9 nunca podr\u00e1n establecer la paz en la Tierra. Una consideraci\u00f3n clave que no debe olvidarse aqu\u00ed es que la OTAN rechaz\u00f3 la petici\u00f3n de Rusia de establecer una distancia de protecci\u00f3n entre sus fronteras y la de Ucrania. M\u00e1s tarde, hace dos a\u00f1os, se ofreci\u00f3 un tratado de paz f\u00e9rreo, pero Estados Unidos y el Reino Unido lo bloquearon. Tambi\u00e9n rechazaron otras ofertas de Putin para posibles soluciones. La pregunta es: \u00bfqui\u00e9n les oblig\u00f3 a iniciar la guerra?<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Visi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica de las negociaciones de paz<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Para terminar, me gustar\u00eda compartir una pregunta y un mensaje para Viola Amherd, Presidenta de la Confederaci\u00f3n Suiza. \u00bfTiene usted la comprensi\u00f3n, la capacidad o incluso el alma para lograr la paz? La inc\u00f3moda verdad es que nadie est\u00e1 capacitado para negociar la paz. Por vergonzoso que resulte, la mayor\u00eda de la gente perdi\u00f3 la cabeza hace milenios.  Se dice que los humanos tenemos 5 sentidos. Sin embargo, he descubierto que tenemos 22 funciones mentales, pero en general s\u00f3lo utilizamos 2. Esto deja la puerta abierta de par en par para que las mentiras se extiendan como un reguero de p\u00f3lvora, las noticias falsas se afiancen en la sociedad y sobrevenga la guerra.  Los humanos primitivos de hoy en d\u00eda todav\u00eda reinan y mantienen roles antiguos y anticuados en una estructura social anticuada.<\/p>\n<p>Querida Viola, no podr\u00e1s establecer la paz en la Tierra en Ucrania, ni siquiera renunciando a todos los dem\u00e1s conflictos mundiales que tienen lugar en la actualidad. Incluso t\u00fa has dicho que no hay garant\u00edas de que esta iniciativa tenga \u00e9xito, y que no producir\u00e1 inmediatamente un acuerdo de paz. El primer paso debe ser empezar a limpiar de actores a Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y la OTAN. No puedes invitar a ning\u00fan delegado estadounidense a participar en la conferencia porque todos ellos planearon y ejecutaron el actual conflicto ucraniano.  S\u00f3lo sufrir\u00e1n aguas tormentosas en el mar ya que su mente y su alma no est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para este papel. No s\u00e9 si vale la pena ofrecerle la llave de oro para una nueva era.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 bien documentado dentro de la psicolog\u00eda que cada uno lleva su inconsciente de su familia y de su pasado, pero tambi\u00e9n existe el llamado inconsciente colectivo, que participa en las capas m\u00e1s profundas de la creaci\u00f3n de la humanidad, en todos los grandes acontecimientos y resurge peri\u00f3dicamente. Este inconsciente interno opera desde lo m\u00e1s profundo del ser colectivo en todo el planeta demostrando que nada se borra autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/p>\n<p>Puede decirse que toda la humanidad opera cada vez m\u00e1s en uno u otro extremo del inconsciente colectivo. Por lo tanto, nunca podr\u00e1 haber un nuevo mundo sano, paz o un nuevo mundo terrenal positivo en el desarrollo evolutivo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, hoy es posible una catarsis colectiva del inconsciente colectivo. Una especie de regalo del cielo. Aqu\u00ed reside la llave de oro a la que me refiero. Est\u00e1 en tu mano obtener esta llave o simplemente tirarla hasta aniquilar a la humanidad.
