Auszug aus dem Buch \u201eEvolution\u00e4re Menschenbildung<\/a>\u201c (Dr. Eduard Schellhammer)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Ein Psychologe, ein Psychoanalytiker, ein Psychotherapeut, ein Professor der Psychologie, und ein P\u00e4dagoge, der seine eigene Biographie nicht aufarbeitet, ist nichts als das lebendige Resultat seiner Biographie. Er ist die Summe von all dem, was er ab vorgeburtlicher Zeit aufgenommen hat. Damit lebt und praktiziert er bestimmt nicht die allseitige Ausgewogenheit all seiner psychischen und geistigen Kr\u00e4ftesysteme.<\/li>\n
  2. Ein P\u00e4dagoge, der sein Unbewusstes (z.B. Komplexe) und seine Schatten nicht bereinigt bzw. integriert, ist von diesen Kr\u00e4ften beherrscht und diese widerspiegeln sich unter anderem in seinen Projektionen auf sein p\u00e4dagogisches Arbeitsfeld. Wirkt innen Verdr\u00e4ngung und Abwehr, so auch aussen in der Arbeit.<\/li>\n
  3. Ein P\u00e4dagoge, gefangen in Neurose oder Narzissmus, kann keine P\u00e4dagogik betreiben, die den Menschen allseitig ausgewogen bildet. Die Psychodynamik seines p\u00e4dagogischen T\u00e4tigseins unterliegt der unausgewogenen psychischen Entwicklung seiner Gesamtperson. Daraus entsteht ein erheblich gest\u00f6rter p\u00e4dagogischer Bezug.<\/li>\n
  4. Ein P\u00e4dagoge, der wenig liebesf\u00e4hig ist, der seine Tr\u00e4ume nicht ernst nimmt, der keinen tiefen Zugang zu seinem Innenleben hat, der nicht regelm\u00e4ssig meditiert, der unangemessen mit seinen Gef\u00fchlen und psychischen Grundbed\u00fcrfnissen umgeht, der seinen inneren gegengeschlechtlichen psychischen Pol (Anima, Animus) nicht integriert und ausgewogen formt, kann diese psychischen Wirklichkeiten weder vermitteln noch bei andern aufbauend bilden. Er bildet nur den \u00e4usseren Menschen.<\/li>\n
  5. Ein P\u00e4dagoge, der die Selbsterkenntnis (Selbstanalyse) und die Individuation nicht gr\u00fcndlich betreibt – und somit die archetypischen Transformationen der psychisch-geistigen Entfaltung nicht vollzieht -, hat das Wesentliche des psychisch-geistigen Menschseins noch nicht begriffen. Sein Menschenbild “greift” das umfassende psychisch-geistige Menschsein nicht, seine Konzeption der P\u00e4dagogik (Andragogik) bleibt partikul\u00e4r und seine agogische Praxis ist entsprechend reduziert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mit den Akteuren auf allen Stufen und in allen Bereichen der Politik, Wirtschaft und Religion ist es nicht besser; eher deutlich noch sehr viel schlimmer! Hier ist die kritische Ursache des globalen Dramas seit Jahrtausenden noch heute historisch (epigenetisch) tief verwurzelt!<\/p>\n

    Man stelle sich vor: Der Psychoanalytiker, Psychotherapeut und Psychologe (Berater) arbeitet ohne eigene Lehranalyse. Vor 30-50 Jahren war das inakzeptabel in Lehre und Praxis! Aber das scheint heute im 21. Jahrhundert die Realit\u00e4t zu sein. Und das bedeutet: Die irgendwie \u201ePsycho-Experten\u201c sind alle in ihrem Unbewussten belastete Menschen, unentwickelt oder fehlentwickelt, bis zu 75% in ihren mentalen und charakterlichen Funktionen, was immer auch Auswirkungen auf ihr Klientel hat (und auf das, was sie schreiben oder lehren).<\/p>\n

    Aus diesen f\u00fcnf knapp skizzierten Aspekten l\u00e4sst sich folgern, dass der P\u00e4dagoge bzw. Andragoge (Erwachsenenbildner) – von der Etage der Lehre und Forschung bis zur Front im Alltagsleben der Gesellschaft – von Berufes wegen seine eigene Individuation als eine Form der Lehranalyse vollziehen m\u00fcsste. Erst diese eigene Erf\u00fcllung qualifiziert ihn als P\u00e4dagogen (Andragogen, Bildungsexperten, Psychoanalytiker, Psychotherapeuten, etc.).<\/p>\n

    Der Vollzug der eigenen Individuation ist die kategoriale Voraussetzung f\u00fcr jede verantwortliche Arbeit in der (allgemeinen, eigentlichen) Menschenbildung. Will die Menschheit eine Zukunft mit Frieden und Entwicklung, gilt diese Forderungen f\u00fcr alle Verantwortlichen in h\u00f6heren \u00f6ffentlichen Funktionen (Politik, Wirtschaft, Bildung, und Religion.<\/em><\/p>\n

    Nun bleibt zur andragogischen Vision zu erg\u00e4nzen, dass der hier dargelegte Themenkatalog \u00fcber das psychische Leben irgendwann in ferner Zukunft auch Unterrichtsgegenstand in der Volksschule von der Grundstufe und Oberstufe bis zum Abitur (Matura) werden muss. Dieses Programm didaktisch auszuarbeiten wird Aufgabe der P\u00e4dagogen im 21.Jahrhundert sein.<\/p>\n

    Geeignete psychologische Kenntnisse und F\u00e4higkeiten sind n\u00f6tig, damit der Mensch in der Zukunft sich selbst angemessen und ganzheitlich entwickeln kann \u2013 und um sich vor L\u00fcgen, Propaganda und politischen Hassreden zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/em><\/p>\n

    Unser Paradigma der Menschenbildung ist:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>ist die grundlegende Schl\u00fcsselqualifikation f\u00fcr das berufliche und pers\u00f6nliche Leben.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>ist in der Zukunft die unbedingt notwendige Grundbildung jeder anspruchsvollen beruflichen Weiterbildung.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>schafft die Kompetenzen f\u00fcr aufbauende positive Beziehungen (Freundschaft, Ehe, Familie, Arbeitswelt, Kulturleben).<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>reduziert viele Risiken im pers\u00f6nlichen Lebenslauf und in der gesellschaftlichen Vernetzung des eigenen Lebens.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>ist \u00fcberall einsetzbar, kommt vielseitig zum Tragen und stabilisiert dabei dynamisch die Selbstidentit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>bedeutet Lebenswissen und Alltagshandeln, das gr\u00fcndlich durchdacht und allseitig bearbeitet\u00a0 ist.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>qualifiziert zur Freizeitgestaltung, zum optimalen Umgang mit der Lebenszeit und den eigenen M\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/li>\n
    • Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsbildung<\/strong> schafft innere Sicherheit und Vertrauen in die eigenen Kr\u00e4fte, vor allem auch in Momenten mit grossen Belastungen.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>f\u00fchrt hin zu einem allseitig ausgewogen gebildeten psychischen Organismus in stetig progressiver Entfaltung.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>ist unerl\u00e4sslich in allen Lebensphasen f\u00fcr echte Bereicherung und substantielle Erf\u00fcllung.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>integriert hohe ethische Verantwortung f\u00fcr sich, f\u00fcr andere, f\u00fcr den Beruf, f\u00fcr die Gesellschaft und f\u00fcr die Lebenswelt.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>ist Investition f\u00fcr die Zukunft, insbesondere weil die gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen grosse Herausforderungen stellen.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>ist die kategoriale Voraussetzung fur jede Verantwortung in Bildung, Beratung, Pflege, F\u00fchrung und Management.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>erreicht den Menschen in seinem tiefsten psychisch-geistigen Sein, auch in den entscheidendsten Sinnfragen.<\/li>\n
    • Menschenbildung <\/strong>und Individuation formen einen Menschentypus, der in der Zukunft in allen Systemen der Gesellschaft notwendig ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Tragischer Fakt ist, so meint Dr. Eduard Schellhammer:<\/p>\n

      Die Menschen in Europa und rund um den Erdball sind ausger\u00fcstet mit minimalst entwickelten 3-7% ihrer mentalen und charakterlichen Potentialen. Es kann deshalb nicht \u00fcberraschen, wie von Spanien bis Nordeuropa und rund um den Erdball Politik, Wirtschaft, Erziehung und Religion noch immer auf einer katastrophal infantilen, trotzigen, starrsinnigen, enggeistigen und schlicht bl\u00f6den und infantilen Niveau praktiziert wird. In gewissen L\u00e4ndern scheint es, dass die r\u00f6misch-katholische Inquisition aus dem 12. Jahrhundert geistig noch immer das politische und religi\u00f6se Leben dominiert. Niemand spricht so primitiv und peinlich Hassworte wie die Westliche Politik\u00a0 (nahezu t\u00e4glich via Medien) gegen\u00fcber nicht-westlichen und nicht unterw\u00fcrfigen L\u00e4nder und V\u00f6lker. Das kann die kommenden 10-20 Jahre niemals gut enden.<\/p>\n

      Beginn der L\u00f6sung: Die epigenetische, prenatale und postnatale Verbindung muss global aufgel\u00f6st und alle mentalen Pattern m\u00fcssen in der gesamten Gesellschaft global neu konstruiert werden.<\/p>\n
