\nIn this article, I outline a general perspective on human evolution.
\nFirst, some thoughts: Always stay connected to both your inner and outer self.
\nEvery human being should maintain a connection with their inner and outer world.
\nAll humans are born and shaped by both their inner essence and the surrounding world.
\nLet\u2019s set aside prenatal and postnatal development up to the ages of 12 to 16.
\nIn the Western world, people practice singing, praying, and asking God for help or guidance. Others seek God\u2019s forgiveness, confess their neglect, or proclaim a grand Hallelujah!
\nBut does anyone from the other world truly offer relief or extend a hand from Jesus?
\nExample: You pray at the Wall, calling for help repeatedly\u2014but you never receive an answer.
\nIf after 1,000 attempts you still receive no response, it means you are mistaken here.
\nYou must act yourself\u2014using your mind, thinking critically, and asking the right questions.
\nBetween the ages of 12 and 16, you learn how to behave, act, communicate, and grow.
\nYour body signals what is right, healthy, positive, constructive, and nurturing.
\nYour inner system guides you to properly care for your needs, desires, and behaviour.
\nIf you do not engage in regular learning, you will fall behind, risking losing learning.
\nWe do not kill. We do not lie, cheat, abuse, or harm others.
\nYou can make your own list of principles for positive self-management and mental discipline.
\nEvery day, every week, or every month, you must decide: What is the right thing to do?
\nIt seems that no one from the other world will intervene. You must explore your own path.
\nAt this point, life\u2019s lessons become vital: You accumulate love, care, wisdom, and reflection. You also gain knowledge, practice meditation, train against stress and develop inner balance.
\nThe younger generation must awaken early\u2014 stupidity grows fat and blinded.
\nBy the ages of 32 to 36, you should have established the core values for your future.
\nYet, most people in the Western world have lost their foundation for a meaningful life.
\nHundreds of millions hope for help from God, but it is nothing more than a fata morgana. Many are lazy, relying on speculation, money, or divine intervention\u2014but all in vain.
\nHuman values come from within\u2014from character, heart, and spirit.
\nLife itself teaches lessons through care, wisdom, and spiritual learning.
\nYour life is on the table\u2014you decide what your inner resources will offer you.
